The second volume in Ask Kjærgaard's "The Book Of Moons"-series, in which various experimental musicians interpret Kjærgaard's music. Kasper Staub is known for his work as a songwriter and keyboardist in the band "Lowly".
Kasper Staub was free to arrange and interpret the written music he was handed in any way he wanted, and he created a very unique and personal interpretation of Kjærgaard's compositions. He even wrote lyrics to some of the songs, and sings them in a manipulated and strange voice. Staub ties this release back to Kjærgaard's former releases by sampling sounds from them. This album shows Staubs creative talent for arranging, composing and just beautiful piano-playing. Enjoy!
